Support Transit within Central Maryland The Central Maryland Transportation Alliance (CMTA) is a fund of the Baltimore Community Foundation which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Annual membership in the Central Maryland Transportation Alliance provides you information on transit issues and developments within the Central Maryland region as well as a forum for positive actions related to transit system improvements in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel, Howard, Harford and Carroll counties.
